We offer onsite, remote and hybrid options. These can be arranged for daily or week-long coverage. Additionally, we can take on your monthly and annual QA workload!   

For remote needs, hourly rates are available. Hourly services can also be arranged for clients in the Lowcounty.

Besides clinical coverage, we offer physics peer reviews, department workflow optimization consultations, assistance with accreditation, and new treatment technique implementations. 

Going through ACR or APEx accreditation is time intensive. We are experienced in the process and can provide different services to help you efficiently navigate the requirements. These include general consultation, policy and procedure writing assistance, peer review and mock audits, and more! 

We can provide a hand with either new or upgrading of the following: simulators, treatment delivery systems, EMR/ROIS, TPS, patient QA systems, machine QA systems, and more! In addition to support with the acceptance and full commissioning, we offer training packages to ensure you and your staff are comfortable with new features and are using your products to their full potential within your clinical workflows.  

Wanting to implement new technology into your clinical practice? Whether it is new techniques with linac treatment delivery systems or implementing a new brachytherapy program, we can help with validations, setting up quality assurance programs, literature reviews and clinical coverage as you ramp up your services. 

We provide clinical workflow evaluations that cover simulation, treatment planning, treatment scheduling, and QA practices. Additionally, we can review all department tools to provide unbiased recommendations for improving workflows and reinforcing lean operation practices.  

We can serve the global community with a variety of options. However, daily or partial onsite coverage is focused primarily in the Lowcounty and its surrounding areas.
